1. About DecorAI

DecorAI is an AI home design app that generates realistic interior design concepts from a room photo and the style you choose. The app and website are provided by Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong, contact hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA and UK) to use DecorAI. Under 18s should have a parent or legal guardian's permission.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of spaces you do not own, rent, or have explicit permission to photograph.
• Upload images of identifiable people without their consent, or any content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or obscene.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or resell access to DecorAI.
• Use DecorAI to generate content that infringes third-party rights, misleads consumers, or violates applicable law.
• Abuse the free tier, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

4. Your content and the AI redesigns

4.1 What you upload ("Input")

You retain all rights in the room photos and other material you upload to DecorAI. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and process your Input strictly to provide the service — including transmitting it to the AI model providers listed in our privacy policy to generate your redesigns.

4.2 What the AI generates ("Output")

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we assign to you all rights we have in the AI-generated Output you receive through DecorAI. Generative AI results may be similar for different users who provide similar inputs; we cannot guarantee exclusivity of any particular render. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it for any purchase, renovation, or contractual decision.

4.3 Feedback

If you share suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them to improve DecorAI.

5. Subscriptions, free trials, and refunds

• Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, features, and billing cycles are shown in the App Store, Google Play, or checkout flow before you buy.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple and Google store rules.
• You can cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their standard policies. Where local law (for example in the EEA or UK) gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep DecorAI available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time; if a change materially reduces the paid features you purchased, you may cancel your subscription and claim a proportional refund where the law requires one.

7. Third-party services

DecorAI uses third-party services to deliver the product, including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the data they process on our behalf, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

DecorAI, the DecorAI logo, the DecorAI name, and all related marks are trademarks of Rocket Digital Limited. Except for the narrow licence to use the app and the rights in your Output described in section 4, no other rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

9. Disclaimers

DecorAI provides AI-generated design inspiration, not professional architectural, structural, or interior-design advice. Renders are visualisations that may not reflect exact measurements, materials, building codes, or safety requirements. You must not rely on DecorAI alone for renovation, construction, or purchase decisions involving meaningful cost or safety implications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to DecorAI in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in that period, or, if you paid nothing, USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11. Termination

You may stop using DecorAI at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for us or other users, or if we retire the service, giving reasonable prior notice where practical.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, except that consumers may bring actions in the courts of their habitual residence where local law requires.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, give you reasonable advance notice inside the app or by email. Your continued use of DecorAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
